**Job title:** SVP of Consulting Services, Technology
**Role Summary:** Lead the creation, expansion and profitable operation of a technology consulting practice, delivering high‑impact services in security, AI, and cloud advisory, while building a scalable team and go‑to‑market strategy.
**Expactations:**
- Build and scale a consulting organization aligned with corporate strategy.
- Own P&L, drive revenue, margin and growth.
- Serve as C‑suite level advisor, translating complex business challenges into actionable consulting solutions.
- Travel as needed to engage clients and partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and launch a scalable consulting organization.
- Expand security, AI, and cloud advisory service offerings.
- Design and execute a comprehensive go‑to‑market and sales enablement strategy.
- Establish consulting delivery models, methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery and other cross‑functional teams for seamless execution.
- Leverage data & analytics for decision‑making, resource optimization and impact measurement.
- Own and grow consulting P&L, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
- Cultivate strategic customer relationships for repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
- Bundle consulting services with technology solutions to increase deal size.
- Recruit, develop, mentor and retain top consulting talent.
- Foster a high‑performance, innovative culture and lead through change with clarity and empathy.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven track record of building and scaling consulting practices.
- Strong leadership, executive presence, and C‑suite stakeholder engagement.
- Deep experience in security, AI, cloud advisory, business transformation, change management and solution innovation.
- Finance acumen: P&L ownership, revenue generation, margin optimization.
- Strategic thinking, go‑to‑market planning, and sales enablement.
- Data‑driven decision making and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- People leadership – building high‑performance teams, mentorship, culture building.
- Comfortable with travel and client engagement.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) desirable.
