Job Description

**Job title** Data Analyst – Data Administration & Quality **Role Summary** Support enterprise data integrity and governance in SAP‑based environments. Administer master data, drive data quality initiatives using Collibra, and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT to ensure reliable, governed data for analytics and operations. **Expectations** - Maintain master data assets (customer, vendor, material, finance) in SAP ECC and prepare for S/4HANA migration. - Operate Collibra DIP and DQ&O to automate profiling, validation, and monitoring of data quality. - Collaborate with SAP functional teams to align data structures with evolving business processes. - Define and enforce data ownership, stewardship, naming conventions, and business rules. - Conduct root‑cause analysis and remediate data quality issues. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Data Administration** – Administer and maintain critical enterprise datasets; implement SAP MDG for centralized governance. 2. **Metadata & Stewardship Support** – Catalog and enrich metadata in Collibra; develop stewardship processes and ownership models. 3. **Quality Monitoring** – Perform profiling, automated checks, and KPI analysis; manage dashboards and alerting. 4. **Stakeholder Collaboration** – Translate business requirements into data governance rules; present findings and recommendations. 5. **Process Improvement** – Identify and implement efficiencies in data workflows; maintain governance documentation and training materials. 6. **Compliance & Audits** – Support data quality audits and ensure adherence to governance policies. **Required Skills** - Proficient in SAP ECC; experience with SAP MDG and knowledge of S/4HANA migration concepts. - Hands‑on expertise with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (DIP) and Collibra Data Quality & Observability (DQ&O). - Strong data profiling, cleaning, and enrichment capabilities. - Knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and stewardship best practices. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical data quality rules. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Familiarity with ETL, database concepts, and data modeling. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. - Professional certifications preferred: SAP Certified Application Associate – Master Data Governance, Collibra Certified Data Governance Professional, or equivalent.
