**Job Title:** Mid-Level Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Development of a document‑centric workflow automation platform using Ruby on Rails. Design, code, test, and deploy features that integrate document management, data consolidation, and business‑process automation for government agency operations. **Expactations:** * 3+ years in production Rails development. * Proficiency in PostgreSQL and database optimization. * Experience with Hotwire, CKEditor, AWS, and containerization. * Familiarity with security standards, preferably FedRAMP/IL5 compliance. * Strong testing, code‑review, and documentation habits. * Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable Rails features. 2. Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code following best practices. 3.
