Job Description
**Job Title:** Vice President of UK Sales **Role Summary:** Lead FRAMEN’s sales strategy and execution across the UK and international markets. Drive revenue growth by building and motivating a high‑performing sales team, developing customer‑centric go‑to‑market plans, and forging strong relationships with agencies, brands, and media buyers. Provide strategic insights and reports to the CEO and Executive Team, ensuring alignment with marketing, product, operations, and finance functions. **Expactations:** - Achieve monthly booking targets and uphold rigorous pipeline and forecast accuracy. - Own quarterly and annual revenue goals and report results to senior leadership. - Consistently over‑achieve sales quotas and close complex enterprise deals. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of the UK media landscape and European advertising ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive revenue growth and market expansion within the DOOH ecosystem. - Build, coach, and inspire a diverse, accountable sales team. - Partner with Marketing and Product to design data‑driven campaigns and initiatives. - Cultivate relationships with key brands, agencies, media buyers, and DOOH specialists. - Leverage market insights and analytics to spot opportunities and optimize pricing. - Coordinate cross‑functional alignment on revenue, occupancy, and delivery objectives. - Represent FRAMEN at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Europe. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years senior sales leadership, ideally in digital media, ad tech, or OOH/DOOH. - Proven consultative selling, negotiation, and C‑level presentation abilities. - Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and quota‑driven mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in building client relationships. - High organization, urgency, follow‑through, and ability to operate independently in a remote setting. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). - Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel across Europe. - No specific certifications required, but industry knowledge and proven sales success are essential.
