Job Description

**Job Title:** IT Support Intern **Role Summary:** Summer internship supporting the IT Field Services team. Provide end‑user support, hardware imaging, and application troubleshooting in a corporate environment. **Expectations:** • Full‑time, paid internship from May 2026 to August 2026. • Hybrid work schedule (remote and office). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Strong focus on customer service and quality of work. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver direct user support for hardware and software issues. - Perform hardware imaging, refresh, and recycling tasks. - Manage mobile device support and digital signage deployment. - Utilize ITIL framework to track and improve service quality. - Collaborate with team members and engage with organizational leaders. - Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolution procedures. **Required Skills:** - Experience with Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and imaging tools. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. - Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field). - Expected graduation date August 2026 or later. - Minimum GPA 3.0. - Familiarity with ITIL concepts preferred but not mandatory.
