**Job Title:**
Public Policy Fellow – Spring 2026
**Role Summary:**
A full‑time four‑month internship focused on government relations, public affairs, and strategic communications. The Fellow will conduct legislative and policy research, track bills and regulatory developments, draft policy materials, support advocacy initiatives, and assist in business‑development activities within a consulting environment.
**Expectations:**
- Complete research, writing, and coordination tasks within established deadlines.
- Represent the firm at congressional hearings, briefings, and policy events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance client and coalition interests.
- Demonstrate professionalism, time‑management, and the ability to adapt to fast‑paced, evolving policy environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct legislative, political, and policy research across multiple sectors (technology, sustainability, tax, trade, healthcare, etc.).
- Monitor bills, regulations, and current events relevant to client issues.
- Attend and report on congressional hearings, briefings, and off‑the‑Hill policy events.
- Draft, edit, and summarize policy materials, memos, and briefs for clients and coalition partners.
- Support coalition/client advocacy efforts by preparing meeting notes, follow‑ups, and project coordination.
- Assist in the development of business‑development proposals and research.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.
- Familiarity with the U.S. legislative and regulatory process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research databases.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Current enrollment or graduation from a bachelor’s or graduate program in public policy, political science, law, international relations, or a related field.
- No specific certifications required, but a robust writing sample is essential.
