Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on backend APIs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions. Expectations: - Deliver performant, secure, and maintainable code that meets business requirements. - Communicate technical concepts effectively to non‑technical stakeholders. - Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement RESTful APIs using .NET Core or Node.js. - Build and optimize database structures and queries in MS SQL. - Integrate server‑side logic with front‑end components built in React. - Lead database operations, including data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning. - Apply best practices for coding, testing, debugging, and performance monitoring. - Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Refactor legacy code to improve scalability and maintainability.
