Management Trainee – AI Clinical Data & Marketing
**Role Summary**
Early‑career professional with a biostatistics background rotating through product and marketing teams of an AI‑driven life‑sciences company, gaining exposure to clinical data analytics, AI model development, and global marketing strategy.
**Expectations**
- Complete rotational assignments in TriClick™ Product and Marketing & Communications.
- Deliver product requirements, competitive analysis, and user feedback loops.
- Manage external communications, campaign execution, and studio production.
- Build professional relationships across technical, clinical, and commercial functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
*Product Team*
- Study full clinical data statistics and trial data management workflow.
- Draft and revise Product Requirement Documents with engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct competitive analysis and support new feature design/validation.
- Assist product testing, workflow optimization, and user feedback collection.
- Translate biostatistical expertise into product insights for AI model development.
*Marketing & Communications Team*
- Represent the company at major conferences (e.g., OCT, BBSW, LSX, Ai4, DPHARM).
- Assist LinkedIn campaign management and community engagement.
- Maintain corporate website (Squarespace) with product and media updates.
- Produce podcast content: research, scripting, and post‑production.
- Design and produce marketing assets (brochures, decks, visuals, press materials).
*Cross‑functional*
- Collaborate with technical, clinical, and operations teams.
- Participate in mentorship sessions with product and marketing leaders.
- Position for senior roles such as AI Product Manager, Biostatistics Product Specialist, or Global Marketing Manager.
**Required Skills**
- Biostatistical workflow knowledge (data cleaning, SDTM/ADaM, TLF generation).
- Analytical problem‑solving and strong written/visual communication.
- English fluency.
- Preferred: Internship experience at a pharma company or CRO.
- Technical tools: Excel, Python, R, SPSS, Figma, Jira, Notion.
- Marketing/Design tools: Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Squarespace, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or Medical Informatics. No additional certifications required, though relevant coursework or certifications in AI, data science, or product management is a plus.
