Job Description
OUR CLIENT

A leading worldwide specialist in the development, manufacture and supply of metalworking fluids, a leader in custom chemical solutions.

In Europe, the company manufactures and supplies a wide range of metalworking products, including water-based and straight oil coolants for metal cutting and grinding.

The sales and distribution take place through its own sales branches in nine different European countries as well as via distributors in other countries.

THE ROLE

You build and develop their business in your region by executing the value of the brand. You support the customer with your technical knowledge of our products. Your partner, with the Sales Engineers advises the customer about products. You are responsible for solving technical issues with customers. You have targets to find a develop new Customers in assigned Area and create growth opportunities in existing Customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides technical support for the Sales Engineers and Customers.
Find new business opportunities for existing customers and new customers.
Provides technical training for customers.
Visits clients and prospects
Identifies new growth opportunities in the business area and provides the technical support to acquire these.
Initiates and supports new product launches.
Gives feedback on product performance to Headquarters and has an important role in the development of new products.
Takes a leading role in “Technical” driven activities, with Customers and Sales Engineer
Interprets and communicates laboratory results.



SKILLS

Fundamental education level in Chemical or Technical Engineering with at least 1-3 years relevant experience in high value B2B environments and Metal Working Industry and / or Tools Industry
Can-do mentality and have strong analytical skills to make quick decisions and understand consequences.
Work well independently and be highly communicative.
Excellent command of the French and proficient command of the English language
(both spoken and in writing).
Ability to sell
