Job Description

Job title: Boutique Manager (Full‑time, 35 hrs) Role Summary: Lead all operational, sales, and customer‑service functions of a retail boutique, driving revenue, managing a sales team, and maintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentation. Expectations: Deliver consistent sales growth, maintain accurate performance metrics, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure full compliance with corporate brand and operational standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and KPIs. • Master in‑store and digital sales processes, including e‑Reservation and Click & Collect. • Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule sales staff, aligning shifts with store traffic. • Plan and implement visual merchandising, store layout, and upkeep. • Monitor inventory receipt and ensure stock accuracy. • Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. • Maintain compliance with marketing, quality, and operational guidelines. Required Skills • Retail leadership and team management • Strong sales and negotiation proficiency • Familiarity with digital commerce tools (e‑Reservation, Click & Collect) • Merchandising and visual display expertise • Data‑driven analysis of KPIs • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Required Education & Certifications • Minimum secondary education; additional coursework or experience in retail, commerce, or business administration preferred. • Retail management, sales, or customer‑service certifications are advantageous.
