This unique establishment is more than just a lounge—it's a refined cigar boutique, an elegant bar, and an exclusive members' club, all built around a deep passion for the cigar lifestyle. Though young and family-run, 33 Srl has quickly made a name for itself, becoming the official Belgian distributor for prestigious brands like El Septimo, Aladino, Aroma de Nicaragua, and Casa 1910. More recently a primary repository for brands in the EU, 33 is firmly focused on growth and innovation within the cigar industry, with no intention of slowing down. Job Description: Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern Role Summary: Support the development and execution of the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and additional platforms, creating engaging visual and written content while coordinating event and influencer collaborations. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality posts, reels, stories, and community engagement; maintain brand consistency; meet scheduled deliverables; collaborate cross‑functionally; adhere to content calendars; participate in on‑site photography and event coverage. Key Responsibilities: - Produce original multimedia content that reflects lifestyle brand aesthetic. - Capture photography and short video footage of products, cocktails, and events. - Draft captions, schedule posts, and manage content calendars. - Monitor and respond to audience interactions and community engagement. - Coordinate small events, collaborations, and influencer activations. - Assist with community growth strategies and performance metrics review. Required Skills: - Strong creativity and visual storytelling abilities. - Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar. - Basic photography and videography skills. - Excellent written communication in English; additional European languages welcome. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a hospitality setting. - Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback.
