**Job Title:** People Strategy Partner **Role Summary:** Temporary 18-month role leading people strategy initiatives to drive employee engagement, development, and retention across organizational functions. **Expectations:** Improve manager-employee relations, align HR programs with strategic goals, and deliver data-informed solutions to organizational challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coach managers on engagement, development, and conflict resolution. - Serve as HR contact for employee relations, policies, and program implementation. - Design and execute HR projects (e.g., internal transfers, engagement surveys, career pathways). - Analyze people data to inform strategy and support decision-making. - Partner with teams to update career pathways and maintain cultural alignment. - Oversee performance reviews, action planning, and inclusive calibration processes. - Advise on complex employee relations, organizational changes, and change management. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years in HR business partnering, end-to-end stakeholder management. - Proven expertise in project management and strategic HR initiative execution. - Strong communication, facilitation, and training capabilities. - Change management and conflict resolution experience. - Data analysis and dashboard implementation proficiency. - Collaborative problem-solving and stakeholder relationship-building. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any field). - No certifications required.
