Job Description
**Job Title** Training Manager **Role Summary** Drive the design, implementation, and evaluation of the training strategy for the organisation’s staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with Qualiopi certification and aligning courses with the 2026 competency development plan. **Expectations** - Achieve full integration and utilisation of the 2026 training plan across all personnel. - Maintain the organisation’s Qualiopi certification and improve training processes continuously. - Deliver measurable impact on skill development, participant satisfaction, and organisational performance. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Strategy & Planning** - Co‑create, deploy, and manage the 2026 competency development plan for staff and volunteers. - Identify training needs, set objectives, and align them with organisational goals. 2. **Budget & Funding Management** - Plan, monitor, and report the training budget. - Prepare applications for external funding: OPCO, CPF, and other relevant programmes. 3. **Program Administration** - Oversee scheduling, logistics, and coordination of internal and external training sessions. - Ensure administrative records, attendance, and certificates are accurately maintained. 4. **Evaluation & Reporting** - Collect, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness. - Prepare and communicate reports to managers, employees, and the CSE in support of HR. 5. **Regulatory & Quality Assurance** - Keep abreast of legislative changes and HR trends affecting training. - Ensure all activities meet Qualiopi requirements, conduct audits, and prepare annual quality reports. 6. **Support & Coaching** - Advise individuals on VAE, competence audits, professional transition, and CPF usage. - Manage apprentice contracts in liaison with payroll, schools, and OPCO. 7. **Project Management** - Lead the development and launch of the internal training unit’s 2026 activity plan. - Drive improvement of internal software tools and processes. 8. **Professional Practice Analysis** - Organise and evaluate professional practice reflection sessions for continual learning. **Required Skills** - Strategic training and competency development. - Budgeting, financial reporting, and funding application (OPCO, CPF). - Strong knowledge of Qualiopi certification and French training regulatory environment. - Project management, planning, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. - Data analysis and KPI reporting. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation abilities. - Digital literacy: proficiency with learning management systems, MS Office, and data tools. - Proactive, analytical, and creative problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline. - Proven experience in training and development, preferably within a Qualiopi‑certified training environment. - Demonstrated expertise in workforce development and employee training programs. ---
