Drive revenue by negotiating pricing, following company procedures, and maintaining long‑term client relationships. **Expectations:** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. - Build a pipeline of qualified prospects. - Deliver high‑quality proposals and manage the sales cycle from qualification to close. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and qualify leads using outbound and inbound techniques. - Conduct needs‑analysis to propose tailored air‑quality solutions. - Master product features, benefits, pricing, and payment terms. - Negotiate deals and secure signed contracts. - Ensure accurate order processing and coordinate deliveries. - Follow up on orders, resolve any post‑sale issues. - Sustain trust‑building relationships to promote repeat business and referrals. **Required Skills:** - Deep understanding of indoor air quality products and market. - Proficiency in CRM and sales‑automation tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Active listening and empathetic rapport‑building. - Independent self‑management with collaboration when necessary. - Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing capability. - Time‑management under pressure to meet targets. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Proven sales experience (2+ years) in B2B technical or environmental solutions. - Certifications in sales (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional) or relevant technical qualifications are a plus.
