Job Description
Job Title: Key Account Manager – North of France Role Summary: Lead commercial and contractual activities for Food Manufacturers (FM) and Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) in the North of France, driving the full product portfolio of the group. Expectations: - Deep understanding of bakery, pastry, confectionery, and gelato markets. - Proactive pipeline management and contract negotiation. - Collaborative stakeholder engagement across regional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the regional sales plan, aligning with corporate strategy. - Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities, focusing on multi‑brand and multi‑category sales. - Manage end‑to‑end order-to-cash process, ensuring contractual accuracy and timely renewal. - Conduct customer meetings, capture feedback, and advocate for product improvements. - Coordinate with product development on new product introduction (NPD) support. - Advance group awareness of the multi‑brand offering through industry events and customer advocacy. Required Skills: - Expertise in chocolate, compound, filling, cream, and fruit industrial ingredients. - Proven experience managing FM/SME accounts and multi‑category portfolios. - Strong contract negotiation and agreement management. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑oriented approach. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and sales management tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Bac+3 (Bachelor) in Sales, Business, or related field; Bac+5 preferred. - Fluency in French and English; Italian language skills an asset.
