**Job Title** Senior Recruitment Specialist (Financial Planning) **Role Summary** Target‑driven recruiter tasked with identifying, engaging, and onboarding financial advisors with transferable assets to expand the firm’s client bank. Build and nurture a UK‑wide advisor network, represent the firm at industry events, maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, and collaborate with global recruitment and leadership teams to meet AUM growth objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver a minimum of £50 M in AUM within the first 12 months (≈£12.5 M quarterly). - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets. - Apply a long‑term, relationship‑driven recruitment mindset. - Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and results focus. **Key Responsibilities** - Source, evaluate, and recruit financial advisors with transferable client assets. - Develop and expand a UK‑wide advisory network. - Represent the firm at regular networking and industry events. - Execute a structured recruitment plan and report progress against AUM targets. - Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system. - Collaborate with global recruitment and leadership teams. - Report regularly on progress and insights to leadership. **Required Skills** - Proven success recruiting financial advisors with transferable assets. - Strong, active professional network and confidence in event attendance and hosting. - Resilient, self‑motivated, highly organized with a clear action plan. - Direct communicator comfortable with giving and receiving honest feedback. - Ability to work independently and within a global team structure. - Professional, transparent, results‑oriented, and ego‑free. - Commitment to a long‑term career in financial services recruitment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Recruitment or HR certifications (e.g., Certified Recruitment Professional, PRM) desirable but not mandatory.
