**Job Title**: Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary**: Assists in organizing, coordinating, and executing marketing projects to promote brand awareness, supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. **Expectations**: Manage end-to-end project workflows, maintain marketing assets, analyze data, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize marketing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**: - Organize team status documents, inventory records, and seasonal marketing materials. - Coordinate execution of seasonal programs, approvals for marketing collateral, and distribution of new product launches. - Manage orders for POS items, training materials, and event supplies via internal systems. - Track competitive activity quarterly and produce sell-thru reports for performance analysis. - Draft presentations, newsletters, and internal communications for meetings and sales teams. - Track and analyze digital program effectiveness to improve engagement strategies. **Required Skills**: - Project management and cross-team coordination. - Data compilation and report generation. - Digital marketing proficiency (social media, platforms). - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Time management under tight deadlines. - Fragrance industry interest. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. - 1-2 years in marketing or project management, preferably in beauty industry.
