**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Lead business analysis and Salesforce platform optimization for a global digital agriculture organization. Translate high‑level digital requests into technical requirements, drive CRM and order‑entry solution implementations across Salesforce Clouds, and ensure alignment of system enhancements with business KPIs and stakeholder objectives.
**Expectation:**
- Deliver accurate, actionable business requirements that support cross‑functional Salesforce projects.
- Maintain high data quality, integration reliability, and user adoption across sales, service, marketing, and commerce Clouds.
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations and measurable performance metrics for digital solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Marketing Clouds.
- Administer and configure Salesforce platform, including user management, security, data model, and process automation.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools to measure digital application performance.
- Lead integration efforts with internal systems (ERP, inventory, financials) and external partners (vendors, distributors).
- Drive change management, end‑user training, and documentation to support adoption of new features and processes.
- Collaborate with product, digital marketing, and global agriculture teams to align solutions with business strategy and digital standards.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Support Agile practices, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous delivery of Salesforce enhancements.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator and Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in business process analysis, requirement elicitation, and functional specification writing.
- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and KPI development using Salesforce dashboards and external analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and within Agile teams, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and data migration best practices.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM‑201) preferred; Salesforce Platform App Builder or related certifications a plus.
- Experience in commercial, supply‑chain, operations, or technology domains is advantageous.
