Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Integrations Role Summary: Drive integration of acquired businesses, operational standardization, and strategic projects to support organizational growth. Expectations: Lead integration planning, post-acquisition execution, internal reorganization, and ERP system implementation while managing risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate mergers and acquisitions integration post-due diligence. - Lead internal restructuring of broker partners and operational standardization projects. - Implement and standardize Workday ERP and HRIS systems. - Govern projects, align stakeholder priorities, and manage interdependencies across IT, HR, finance, and operations. - Monitor project success metrics, document best practices, and ensure risk/issue resolution. - Foster collaboration with partners and stakeholders to maintain organizational values during transitions. Required Skills: - 5–7 years in operational integration of M&A (insurance/brokerage preferred). - Financial due diligence and project management expertise. - Proficiency in Workday ERP/HRIS implementation and standardization. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills. - Adaptability, executive presence, and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. - PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
