Job Description
**Job title:** Regional Director – Cybersecurity **Role Summary:** Lead a high‑performing sales organization in the Michigan region, driving acquisition of long‑term hardware, software, consulting, services, and financing engagements. Build and forecast a robust pipeline, manage cross‑functional teams, and partner with executive leaders to position the firm as the primary cybersecurity solution provider in Fortune 1000 accounts. **Expectations:** - Exceed or surpass annual revenue and gross‑margin quotas, targeting a pipeline 4× assigned goals. - Deliver accurate weekly to yearly sales forecasts and performance metrics. - Recruit, coach, and retain top cybersecurity sales talent. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop regional strategy and execute MEDDICC and Optiv Force Management sales processes. - Maintain and grow relationships with core and select technology partners; coordinate joint marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with Services, Client Operations, HR, and executive leadership to optimize revenue and client satisfaction. - Build strategic account plans, manage territory growth, and lead cross‑functional dotted‑line teams. - Present value proposition to executive stakeholders and secure multi‑year, multi‑product engagements. **Required Skills:** - 5–10 years managing security technology and services sales teams with multi‑million dollar quota attainment. - Proven ability to build and execute complex, multi‑year hardware, software, services, and financing solutions for Fortune 1000 clients. - Strong business acumen, negotiation, presentation, and written communication. - Executive‑level networking and relationship‑building. - In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, risk, compliance, and consulting markets. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant sales or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, MCSE, CSM) are a plus.
