Working across paid advertising, social media, content, SEO, PR, and CRM, the role supports campaign planning, creative production, analyst reporting, and agency coordination to deliver brand‑consistent, data‑driven results. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end contributions to cross‑channel marketing initiatives. - Translate business objectives into measurable campaign plans and execution. - Maintain strict brand standards across all marketing assets. - Employ data analytics to optimise performance and identify growth opportunities. - Actively adopt AI and digital tools to elevate productivity and impact. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms, including copywriting, creative asset development, and performance reporting. 2. Coordinate and brief freelancers and agencies for content creation, SEO optimization, and social media development, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery. 3. Produce, edit, and approve content for newsletters, website pages, and social posts, maintaining consistent tone, imagery, and messaging. 4. Plan and execute cross‑channel marketing campaigns spanning web, social, email, and PR channels. 5. Measure campaign outcomes; compile dashboards, insights, and action plans for continuous improvement. 6. Explore and test new marketing technologies, platforms, and AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness. 7. Contribute to ad hoc marketing projects (e.g., newsletters, SEO audits, CRM initiatives) as business needs evolve. **Required Skills:** - Minimum of 1 year of digital marketing experience or demonstrable competency in paid, social, content, or SEO disciplines. - Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data to drive decisions. - Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic SEO principles. - Excellent written communication; impeccable spelling and grammar. - Detail‑oriented project management; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. - Self‑starter who thrives in a small, agile team environment. - Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and email marketing tools. - Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., chat‑bots, content generators) to streamline tasks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered. - Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) are highly desirable.
