**Job Title** Inside Sales Representative **Role Summary** Drive revenue for mobile ultrasound products by engaging healthcare professionals throughout the sales cycle. Manage inbound and outbound prospects, develop and nurture a pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed quota in a fast‑paced environment. **Expectations** - Quota‑carrying role with a target‑based performance model. - Self‑starter with a hunter mindset; proactive, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently. - Strong energy and resilience to handle rejection and objections. - Remote or hybrid capability; work effectively from any location. **Key Responsibilities** - Qualify and convert inbound leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings. - Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling. - Build, update, and nurture a pipeline of early‑stage prospects to closing. - Perform customer discovery to tailor value propositions. - Collaborate with Account Managers and Marketing on lead quality, follow‑up strategy, and campaign performance. - Maintain accurate records and activity logs in Salesforce. - Meet and exceed activity KPIs and sales targets. - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates for informed selling. **Required Skills** - 2+ years in inside sales or business development, preferably in medical/healthcare sales. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM; ability to quickly learn new tools. - Experience with virtual sales, remote demos, and digital client engagement. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to handle objections, build trust quickly, and create urgency. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum requirement). - Healthcare or medical sales background preferred. - No specific certifications required.
