**Job title** Assistant (Product) Manager Internship – 6 Months **Role Summary** Support product managers in the Marketing Products team, handling communication updates, market analysis, product launch activities, sales reporting, and coordination of pilot tester panels. **Expectations** - Completion of a commercial or marketing degree (Bachelor + 4/5). - One‑to‑two year industry experience or equivalent. - Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively. **Key Responsibilities** - Update and maintain marketing assets (website, sales presentations, brochures). - Conduct market and competitive benchmarking (pricing, trends, consumer needs). - Assist product launches: market analysis, user test coordination, sales support material preparation. - Coordinate print production and distribution for launches, seminars, and trade shows. - Track and report sales performance metrics. - Manage a panel of practitioner‑testers: selection, communication, questionnaire creation, and result analysis. - Monitor stock levels, place orders, and track delivery timelines. - Represent the team at selected industry events. **Required Skills** - Strong written communication, grammar, and synthesis. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. - Fluent in English (written & spoken). - Analytical mindset and data‑driven reporting. - Excellent organization, time‑management, and initiative. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s level or higher in Marketing, Commerce, or related field. - Internship eligibility and availability for six months.
