Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Developer Role Summary: Build, test, and maintain high‑quality ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) applications, ensuring scalable and maintainable code through best practices and continuous integration. Expectations: Deliver dependable solutions that meet functional requirements, adhere to ServiceNow platform standards, and integrate seamlessly with existing modules and external systems. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop ServiceNow CSM applications and web components. • Analyze and troubleshoot existing code and application issues. • Write clear, reusable, and testable code following ServiceNow development guidelines. • Implement database interactions using SQL or relational database techniques. • Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks. • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and provide technical insights. Required Skills: • Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Outbound REST/IntegrationHub). • Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., JavaScript, Java, C#). • Experience with relational database design, SQL, and data modeling. • Familiarity with UI policies, client scripts, and workflow automation. • Ability to write unit tests and perform code reviews. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) are desirable.
