**Job Title** Strategic Finance Associate **Role Summary** High‑impact finance professional responsible for leading financial modeling, planning, pricing analysis, and key metric ownership for a usage‑based SaaS company. Drives strategic decisions, delivers insights to executives, and aligns cross‑functional teams on financial targets. **Expectations** - 2‑4 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in a B2B SaaS environment. - Background in investment banking or private equity preferred. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup. - Strong communication skills for executive presentations. **Key Responsibilities** - Own, maintain, and update a corporate financial model with usage‑based revenue forecasting. - Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for new revenue verticals and strategic initiatives. - Lead the internal financial planning and budgeting lifecycle; collaborate with leadership on annual and quarterly budgets. - Review and analyze monthly financial performance; surface key insights and actionable recommendations. - Drive pricing analysis, model pricing impact on unit economics, and recommend pricing strategies. - Own and update key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, etc.) and industry‑specific analytics. - Partner with GTM, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams on go‑to‑market analytics and resource allocation. **Required Skills** - Expert financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets. - Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics and unit economics. - Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent). - SQL knowledge preferred (but not mandatory). - Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent executive‑level presentation and communication skills. - Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CA) are a plus but not required.
