**Role Summary**
A self‑directed consultant who designs and delivers personal growth programs, consultatively sells solutions, and builds a performance‑based income stream. Works remotely, engaging with prospective partners, clients, and a global network to embed leadership, mindset, and accountability principles.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Interview, evaluate, and onboard potential partner candidates ensuring cultural fit and alignment with growth goals.
2. Conduct consultative conversations with clients to uncover needs and recommend tailored leadership and mindset solutions.
3. Model the success principles taught—leadership, mindset, accountability—to inspire clients and partners.
4. Develop and maintain authentic relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders.
5. Plan, execute, and monitor digital outreach and social‑media campaigns to attract prospects and nurture the community.
6. Set measurable performance goals, track progress, and adjust strategies to achieve sustainable results.
