Works remotely, engaging with prospective partners, clients, and a global network to embed leadership, mindset, and accountability principles. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years in leadership, HR, coaching, consultative sales, or customer‑success roles. - Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and accountable in a flexible environment. - Passionate about personal development, mindset mastery, and helping others achieve purpose and prosperity. - Comfortable using digital tools, social media, and virtual communication platforms. - Open to new business models, adaptable, and able to conduct authentic consultative conversations. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Interview, evaluate, and onboard potential partner candidates ensuring cultural fit and alignment with growth goals. 2. Conduct consultative conversations with clients to uncover needs and recommend tailored leadership and mindset solutions. 3. Model the success principles taught—leadership, mindset, accountability—to inspire clients and partners. 4.
