Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Farmer (Medium Accounts) Role Summary: Drive revenue growth for mid‑size accounts by managing existing relationships, driving cross‑sell and upsell initiatives, and acquiring new customers through outbound activities. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring compliance and meeting monthly targets. Expectations: - Achieve monthly sales targets for new customers, volume, and revenue. - Convert marketing‑generated leads and campaign contacts at a competitive rate. - Maintain a disciplined sales funnel and accurate forecasting. - Operate independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, finance). Key Responsibilities: - Retain and expand existing customer portfolio via cross‑sell and upsell strategies. - Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, campaigns) to potential accounts. - Establish and nurture relationships with new prospects. - Guide prospects from awareness to decision, delivering proposals and negotiating contracts. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Manage sales pipeline, update CRM with accurate data, and generate regular reports. - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Required Skills: - Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales quotas. - Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus. - Commercial mindset with a focus on customer needs and solutions. - Independent, organized, and highly accountable. - Resilience, perseverance, and teamwork orientation. - Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn new tools and processes. - Proficiency in Outlook, Office suite; familiarity with Salesforce is desirable. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an internal sales/commercial role. ---
