Job Description: Job Title: INGÉNIEUR MOE CVCD F/H Role Summary: Lead and manage construction projects from feasibility to hand‑over, ensuring technical, financial, and regulatory compliance. Serve as the technical liaison between the Project Manager, planners, subcontractors, and other disciplines, producing all necessary documentation and supervising on‑site execution. Expectations: Minimum 6‑10 years experience in project management (maîtrise d’œuvre) within building or HVAC domains. Strong written communication, estimation abilities, and familiarity with ERP, IGH, and ITGH regulations. Knowledge of PLEIADES COMFIE, RT calculations, and standard plumbing practices is required; additional expertise in building automation and cybersecurity is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical studies from feasibility to commissioning. - Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager on progress, budget, and challenges. - Draft, review, and approve all technical documents for design and construction phases. - Supervise planners and coordinate interfaces with other technical and secondary trades. - Lead tenders and perform techno‑financial analysis of contractor responses. - Validate documents and manage distribution to stakeholders. - Attend and contribute to progress meetings; perform on‑site verifications and verifications of contractor work. - Manage project budget, including claims and cost controls. - Support disciplinary project operations and lead mono‑disciplinary projects when required. - Apply company processes and, when necessary, integrate into multidisciplinary teams for large operations. Required Skills: - Project management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. - Technical drafting, document control, and approval processes. - Budgeting, estimation, and claims management. - Regulatory compliance (ERP, IGH, ITGH). - Proficiency with PLEIADES COMFIE, RT calculation tools, and standard plumbing design. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC. - Certification or proven expertise in building regulation compliance (ERP/IGH/ITGH). - Experience with PLEIADES COMFIE and related tools.
