Job Description: Job Title: Volunteer / Unpaid Internship – Full Stack Developer (React + Python) Role Summary: Provide full‑stack development support on production‑grade web applications, focusing on React/TypeScript front‑end and Python back‑end, while integrating AI workflows. Expectations: - 1–3 years of coding experience or strong personal projects. - 2–4 weeks per month, part‑time, remote. - Mentored by a senior engineer; participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and enhance user interfaces with React, Tailwind, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Develop Python services, integrate AI components (e.g., LangGraph, OpenAI, LangChain). - Collaborate with back‑end engineers using Go and PostgreSQL. - Deliver end‑to‑end features across front‑end and back‑end layers. - Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product meetings. Required Skills: - React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python proficiency. - Experience with Git, REST API design, and web application architecture. - Familiarity with AI model integration (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) is a plus. - Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, quick learner in a startup setting.
