Job Description

**Frontend Developer** **Role Summary** Develops and implements responsive, accessible frontend solutions. Collaborates with teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric digital experiences across diverse industries. Emphasizes communication, teamwork, and a strong work ethic within a flexible, remote-friendly environment. **Expectations** 4-6 years of frontend development experience required. Must demonstrate expertise in HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals, build tools, and modern frontend frameworks. Strong self-discipline and adaptability for cross-project collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** - Code responsive, accessible web templates from design files (PDF, digital). - Build new projects from scratch, selecting appropriate tools/frameworks (Vue, React, etc.). - Update legacy codebases with modern practices and compliance (ADA). - Manage GitHub workflows (commits, pull requests, code testing). - Ensure cross-browser functionality, performance, and accessibility via QA testing. - Implement browser-based animations/interactions to enhance UX. - Partner with backend developers for CMS integration (WordPress/PHP preferred). **Required Skills** - HTML, CSS, JS fundamentals (vanilla JS, semantic structure). - Advanced layout techniques (Grid, Flexbox, SASS). - Build tools (Vite, Rollup, compilers). - Accessibility standards (ARIA, roles, labeling). - Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, Angular). - API/fetch integration and state management basics. - Design principles (color, typography, layout). - SEO and performance optimization. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience. Certifications in frontend frameworks (React, Vue) or web accessibility a plus.
