Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Analyzes complex IT systems, gathers requirements, and bridges communication between stakeholders and technical teams. **Expactations:** 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT software/application projects. Strong oral/written communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review and analyze complex processes/systems to identify root causes of issues. - Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document testable functional/non-functional requirements. - Utilize Azure DevOps (TFS) to manage agile items (backlogs, epics, user stories) and test plans/test cases. - Create diagrams/wireframes (Visio) to visualize system modifications for technical and executive audiences. - Collaborate on Agile/Scrum (including SAFe) and Waterfall projects. - Translate technical terminology to business stakeholders and vice versa. - Design business process models (Swim Lane, Flow Charts) and support system/process rollouts. - Assist with system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). **Required Skills:** - Analytical thinking to deconstruct complex systems. - Technical proficiency in enterprise software (Oracle, SQL Server), databases (SQL), APIs, and data flow diagrams. - Requirements elicitation and documentation expertise. - Azure DevOps (TFS) experience for agile project management. - Agile/Scrum (SAFe) and Waterfall methodology knowledge. - Business process modeling (Swim Lane, Flow Charts). - Stakeholder negotiation, conflict resolution, and cross-functional communication. - Technical visualization skills (wireframes, process diagrams). **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified.
