**Job Title:** Wholesale Assistant – Women’s Majors
**Role Summary:**
Provide comprehensive support to the Women’s Wholesale division. Manage showroom operations, sample logistics, line sheet creation, sales reporting, and administrative tasks while coordinating with Account Executives, Customer Service, and Creative teams.
**Expectations:**
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
- Capable of handling fast‑paced, multitasked environment.
- Willingness to work on site Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:30 pm, and travel up to 25% for markets, trade shows, and road appointments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and merchandize showroom and sample closet.
- Manage and track samples, create sample trackers, and conduct regular inventory.
- Create, update, and distribute line sheets and NuOrder documents.
- Maintain trade show calendar, account logs, and budget.
- Support Account Executives during market appointments, trade shows, and road shows; compile recaps and follow‑ups.
- Assist with order entry, order confirmations, and order templates.
- Track majors ship logs, monthly bulk shipments, and ensure accurate EDI.
- Oversee allocation for majors and manage dropship processes.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and seasonal selling reports.
- Coordinate photoshoots with marketing, confirm shot lists, and manage collateral.
- Create sales collateral and presentations to drive bookings.
- Pack/unpack for road appointments and trade shows; process return authorizations.
- Collaborate with showroom and creative teams to keep materials organized and up‑to‑date.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reports, samples, and sales materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with NuOrder or similar wholesale platforms (plus).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative mindset.
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable under pressure.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 + years experience in wholesale, showroom, or sales support within the fashion industry.
