Job Title: Account Representative Role Summary: Support client success team by assisting with account management, client communication, and administrative tasks. Focus on skill development in client relations, CRM systems, and sales operations. Expectations: 3-month internship (10-15 hours/week). Hands-on learning experience with mentorship and supervision, focusing on skill enhancement rather than replacing regular employees. Completion may lead to potential full-time employment based on performance. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with client onboarding and account setup under supervision. - Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities. - Distribute marketing materials via in-person and online channels. - Communicate with clients via email/LinkedIn for updates, follow-ups, and feedback. - Maintain client records in CRM systems. - Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure service delivery.
