About the Company

La Conférence des Directeurs des Écoles Françaises de Management (CDEFM), créée en 2021, regroupe trente-sept Grandes écoles françaises de management. La mission principale de la CDEFM est d’être le porte-parole de ces écoles auprès de l’État, de l’Union Européenne, des associations d’étudiants et d’employeurs, des organismes d’accréditation nationaux et internationaux et des autres instances internationales compétentes en matière d’enseignement et de recherche. Elle s’attache également à informer les étudiants et leurs familles sur les spécificités des Grandes Écoles françaises de management et leurs voies d’accès, afin de permettre des choix d’orientation éclairés. La CDEFM a la responsabilité de représenter les intérêts communs des établissements et écoles délivrant des diplômes de management reconnus par le ministère chargé de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche. Elle accompagne l’évolution de l’enseignement du management en animant des comités d’experts dédiés à des enjeux stratégiques.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Communications Officer **Role Summary:** Responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of a network of French management schools. Manages media relations, social media channels, content creation, event support, and cross‑functional communication projects. **Expectations:** - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in corporate or institutional communications. - Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. - Strong organizational rigor, proactive attitude, and adaptability. - High level of written French with flawless spelling; fluent English is a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain media partnerships; coordinate editorial calendar and press events. - Manage institutional LinkedIn and student‑focused Instagram/TikTok accounts; create, publish, and optimize engaging content. - Write press releases, articles, posts, and communication materials for members, students, and partners. - Support planning and execution of conferences, general assemblies, and partnership events; assist with logistics and support material creation. - Lead the Communication Working Group of member schools to share best practices and drive a unified communication approach. - Oversee website updates and ensure accurate, current information. - Implement ad‑hoc communication actions such as surveys, video productions, and targeted campaigns. **Required Skills:** - Excellent writing and editing skills in French; strong command of English desirable. - Media relations and public relations expertise. - Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics. - Content creation (text, visual, video) and storytelling abilities. - Project management and event coordination competence. - Ability to work in a team environment and independently. - Familiarity with the higher‑education sector and management schools is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., digital marketing, media relations) are advantageous but not mandatory.
