**Job Title:** Web Developer
**Role Summary:**
Develop and maintain responsive, high‑quality web applications by collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code, integrate front‑end interfaces with server‑side services, and ensure optimal performance, security, and SEO compliance.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 4 years of professional web development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with PHP or ASP.NET.
- Strong understanding of web security, session management, and best‑practice development workflows.
- Experience with relational databases, object‑oriented programming, and full‑cycle web app development.
- Ability to use network diagnostic and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and performance optimization.
- Organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Agile methodology experience and a continuous learning mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement UI/UX layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and modern front‑end frameworks.
- Develop functional web applications, integrating data from back‑end services and databases.
- Write unit‑tested, maintainable code with comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure application security, proper session handling, and adherence to development standards.
- Optimize sites for SEO, speed, and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Monitor performance using diagnostic and analytics tools; troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives).

**Required Skills:**
