Job Description
**Job Title** Business Developer – Distributor Network (Northwest) **Role Summary** Drive the growth and performance of Steelwrist’s distributor network across the French Grand Ouest region (Rouen to Nantes, including Orléans, Rennes, Brest). Act as the primary liaison between distributors and internal teams, develop commercial strategies, and increase market share for construction and demolition tool solutions. **Expectations** - Achieve sales and market‑share targets for the assigned territory. - Conduct regular field visits and maintain strong relationships with distributors. - Provide timely, data‑driven recommendations to senior management. - Communicate effectively in English with the Swedish headquarters. - Operate with high autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and results‑orientation. **Key Responsibilities** - Build, structure, and animate a high‑performing distributor network in the Grand Ouest. - Design and execute targeted sales campaigns to boost revenue. - Coach and support distributors to improve on‑ground performance. - Track KPIs in CRM systems (e.g., Upsales, Drive) and develop corrective action plans. - Collaborate with internal departments (Management, Technical, Service, Finance). - Perform competitive intelligence and identify new business opportunities. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in developing distribution networks or similar commercial roles. - Strong knowledge of or interest in earth‑moving, civil works, and demolition sectors. - Leadership, self‑management, and entrepreneurial spirit. - Proficiency with CRM tools and solid data‑analysis capabilities. - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). - Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Sales, or related field, or equivalent extensive field experience. - No specific certifications required; demonstrated sales performance is essential.
