**Job Title:** Strategy and Operations Intern – Summer 2026 **Role Summary:** Support healthcare consulting teams in designing and implementing operational improvements for client organizations. Conduct research, data analysis, and develop client‑facing deliverables to advance strategic initiatives and enhance patient outcomes. **Expectations:** - Complete a 10‑week internship (June–August 2026) with readiness to travel up to 80%. - Work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. - Deliver high‑quality research, presentations, and documentation that influence client solutions. - Demonstrate continuous learning of consulting tools and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify opportunities to optimize healthcare operations and patient care. - Collect and benchmark data; conduct industry analysis. - Draft presentations, reports, and process documentation for clients. - Participate in workshops, interviews, and meetings to support solution development. - Coordinate project activities: track milestones, update status reports. - Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and methodology development. **Required Skills:** - Analytical mindset with strong data‑driven decision making. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Collaborative teamwork and stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Adaptability to fast‑paced consulting environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related). - Expected graduation May 2027. - No additional certifications required.
