Job Description

**Job title** SAP FICO Consultant (Specialist) **Role Summary** Deliver functional SAP FI/CO support, optimization, and full exploitation of SAP S/4HANA within a global IT environment. Serve as a key liaison between finance and technical teams to ensure high‑quality SAP solutions. **Expectations** - Immediate integration into an international SAP team. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Collaborate across business units to align SAP processes with global standards. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SAP S/4HANA releases and best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide day‑to‑day SAP FI/CO support and troubleshooting. - Design, configure, and test FI/CO modules in S/4HANA. - Work with technical teams to implement system enhancements and integrations. - Optimize SAP processes through functional analysis and solution design. - Deliver documentation, user training, and change management support. - Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO functional modules (Financial Accounting, Controlling, Asset Accounting, Credit Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable). - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration and deployment. - Ability to translate finance requirements into SAP solutions. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Proficiency in SAP transaction codes, reports, and Fiori UI. - Familiarity with SAP data migration, conversion, and upgrade processes. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. - SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting (or equivalent). - SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Controlling (optional but advantageous).
