**Job Title:** Vice President, Integrated Marketing – Goldenvoice (Concerts & Venues)
**Role Summary:**
Senior leader responsible for crafting and executing integrated, data‑driven marketing strategies that drive ticket sales, brand growth, and revenue for all Goldenvoice‑promoted shows. Leads a cross‑functional team, manages sizable budgets, and partners with artists, agencies, and venues to deliver cohesive, fan‑first campaigns.
**Expectations:**
- Define and deliver marketing plans that meet or exceed ticket‑sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain brand consistency while innovating with new channels and technologies.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing organization (15+ staff).
- Provide accurate performance reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute multi‑channel integrated marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead digital, traditional, experiential, and partnership initiatives; oversee social, email, influencer, paid media, and content production.
- Set marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI metrics; monitor spend efficiency.
- Identify and activate co‑marketing opportunities with managers, talent agencies, record labels, and venues.
- Implement CRM, marketing automation, and emerging platform tactics to enhance customer engagement.
- Establish measurement frameworks; analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to optimize campaigns.
- Represent marketing at key concerts, support activations, and strengthen industry relationships.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top marketing talent; foster a collaborative, data‑informed team culture.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in concert promotion and live‑entertainment marketing.
- Proven success designing integrated campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong strategic thinking, budget management (large‑scale), and KPI ownership.
- Excellent leadership and people‑development abilities (managing 15+ professionals).
- Established network within music industry, media, and California entertainment community.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and emerging social platforms.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Advanced degree preferred; MBA a plus).
- 12+ years progressive marketing leadership experience, including 8+ years in senior roles within live events or music industry.
