**Role Summary**
Lead a lower‑middle‑market portfolio business as the primary capital allocator, responsible for driving sustainable, long‑term value creation. Oversee people, strategy, internal growth investments, and external acquisitions while fostering a high‑energy, accountable, people‑first culture.
