Job Description

**Job Title:** Treasury Investments Officer / Senior Officer **Role Summary** Lead cash management, FX trades, and short-term investments in G7 and Latin American/Caribbean currencies. Drive automation, liquidity strategy, and portfolio optimization to support institutional growth. **Expectations** Strong expertise in cash management, FX convertibility, and fixed-income portfolio management. Proficiency in financial automation tools (e.g., Databricks, Python APIs). Ability to collaborate across treasury, risk, legal, and operations teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute cash management strategies in G7 and regional currencies. - Manage FX trades and short-term investment portfolios across USD and regional markets. - Design FX convertibility tools and liquidity frameworks to enhance execution efficiency. - Automate treasury workflows for data ingestion, reporting, and trade execution. - Onboard new counterparties and expand liquidity channels. - Coordinate compliance and risk integration with treasury processes. - For Senior Officers: Define FX/liquidity strategies, lead high-impact projects (automation, product rollouts), mentor junior staff. **Required Skills** Cash flow analysis, FX trading, short-term investment management, portfolio optimization, automation (Python, APIs, Databricks), financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** Master’s (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or quantitative field. 5+ years of progressive treasury or finance experience; advanced FX and portfolio management knowledge expected for Senior role.
