Job Description
Job title: DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support high‑availability SaaS delivery in a fast‑growing, global environment. Expactations: 4+ years of production‑grade DevOps experience; strong command of AWS services, containerization, IaC, and automation tools. Must drive reliability, performance, and operational excellence across cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline) for rapid, reliable releases. • Develop and evolve infrastructure as code using Terraform and manage AWS resources (VPC, ECS/EKS, EC2, Route53, S3). • Collaborate with developers to optimize infrastructure design and deployment workflows. • Ensure production‑grade execution, scalability, and fault tolerance of deployed solutions. • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to guarantee system health. • Write and maintain scripts in Python, Bash, or Groovy to automate operational tasks. Required Skills: • Docker & container orchestration (ECS, EKS) • AWS expertise (VPC, ECS, EKS, EC2, Route53, S3) • Terraform IaC • CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline) • Production infrastructure management • Monitoring & observability (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) • Scripting (Python, Bash, Groovy, etc.) • Strong problem‑solving and collaboration abilities Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent.
