Key Responsibilities: - Manage procurement categories and analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align procurement strategies. - Design and implement supplier management initiatives, including evaluation, onboarding, and relationship development. - Optimize procurement processes and strategies to improve operational effectiveness. - Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable supplier agreements. - Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to support decision-making. Required Skills: - Category management and procurement process expertise. - Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy optimization. - Experience in consulting, including stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. - Strong supplier evaluation and relationship management capabilities. - Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in hybrid work environments (onsite/remote).
