Those children will have to wait up to 1 year to receive therapy as service providers, hampered by antiquated technology, are struggling to meet surging demand. Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary:** Drive successful client onboarding, adoption, and long‑term satisfaction for a SaaS EMR platform in autism care. Serve as the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of healthcare providers, linking client needs to product and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and continuous value delivery. **Expactations:** - 3‑5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or related client‑facing roles, preferably SaaS or health‑tech. - Proven track record of building and maintaining multi‑stakeholder relationships. - Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced start‑up, showing ownership, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail. - Strong project management capability to juggle multiple concurrent engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own end‑to‑end onboarding for assigned customers, ensuring timely, smooth transitions. - Act as primary point of contact, monitoring engagement, driving product adoption, and proactively resolving issues. - Collaborate with Support to deliver high‑quality assistance for top‑tier accounts. - Collect and relay client feedback to Product for continuous improvement. - Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to create a cohesive, delight‑focused client experience. **Required Skills:** - Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for client success. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts. - Strong organizational and project‑management skills. - Proactive problem‑solving and resourcefulness. - Familiarity with SaaS platforms; healthcare or autism‑care experience a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager, PMP) are advantageous but not mandatory.
