Job Title: Frontend Developer (Vue.js / React / Angular)
Role Summary:
Deliver high‑quality, scalable user interfaces for enterprise software, working within an Agile cross‑functional team. Drive end‑to‑end development, from Figma design conversion to production deployment, ensuring performance, code quality, and adherence to industry standards.
Expectations:
- 5+ years of professional software development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern front‑end framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
- Experience turning complex Figma designs into maintainable HTML/CSS/JS.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID, clean‑code principles, and scalable architecture.
- Ability to perform independent code reviews, bug resolution, and optimize load times.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage sprint deliverables in SCRUM/Kanban environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new features and refactor existing code in line with functional specifications.
- Develop modular, reusable UI components and maintain component libraries.
- Optimize front‑end performance, asset loading, and browser resource usage.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to teammates.
- Draft and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and requirements to stakeholders within Agile ceremonies.
- Deliver clean, testable production‑ready code with associated documentation.
Required Skills:
- Advanced JavaScript (ES6+).
- Expertise in a front‑end framework: Vue.js, React, or Angular (including ecosystem tools).
- CSS/HTML proficiency, responsive design, and modern preprocessing (Sass/SCSS).
- Experience converting pixel‑perfect designs (Figma / Sketch) to code.
- Familiarity with state management (Vuex, Redux, or NgRx).
- Knowledge of REST/GraphQL integration and authentication flows.
- Performance profiling and optimization techniques.
- Implementation of unit, integration, and E2E tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certifications (e.g., JavaScript Developer, Front‑end Framework specializations) are a plus but not mandatory.
