**Job Title:** Commercial Specialist – Optical
**Role Summary:**
Drive commercial growth for a premium French optical and sunglasses brand across north‑France. Own the entire sales cycle for independent optician partners, from prospecting and account management to trade shows and product training, ensuring adherence to company policies and achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets.
**Expectations:**
- Manage operations in multiple French departments (22, 27, 28, 29, 56, 35, 44, 85, 50, 14, 61, 72, 53, 49, 79, 37, 86, 41, 36, 45, 18).
- Meet or exceed sales targets, earning 4 % commission on first euro of monthly revenue and an additional 2 % if revenue goals are met.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute strategic sales visits, ensuring each official store is visited at least twice a year.
- Analyze client potential, develop prospect lists from corporate databases, and schedule weekly sales rounds.
- Use the company‑specific CRM to monitor client interactions and generate reports.
- Conduct product walkthroughs and negotiate pricing within brand guidelines.
- Represent the brand at monthly product meetings, trade shows, and internal events.
- Provide on‑site customer training and support, promoting digital tools and accessories.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven B2B retail sales experience, preferably in optical or luxury goods.
- Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient with CRM software and data‑driven sales tools.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
- Fluency in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Sales or retail management certifications (e.g., Qaliopi, B2B retail) are preferred.
