**Job Title:**
Summer Associate Internship – Business Transformation Analyst
**Role Summary:**
A 12‑week internship focused on advancing enterprise data and analytics adoption within a large financial organization. The Associate works on high‑impact projects to enhance data fluency, refine engagement strategies, and improve the Enterprise Data Ecosystem (EDE) user experience, with a particular emphasis on emerging AI capabilities.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable outcomes on assigned projects within the internship period.
- Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to define, validate, and track business requirements.
- Produce clear, actionable insights and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Support Agile practices and contribute to the iterative prioritization of transformation initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Liaise between business units, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into executable requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis, ensuring completeness, consistency, traceability, feasibility, and verifiability.
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of business needs and transformation objectives; manage change throughout the product lifecycle.
- Present findings, solutions, and executive summaries to senior stakeholders.
- Negotiate and influence delivery prioritization across multiple business domains.
- Stay current on FinTech, analytics, and emerging data technologies; propose innovative solutions that integrate existing and new capabilities.
- Support and promote Agile working across technical and functional teams.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and/or VS Code.
- Knowledge of enterprise data roles (analysts, engineers, stewards) and data governance.
- Interest in responsible AI practices, model governance, or AI enablement strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
