Job Description
**Job Title:** Product Owner **Role Summary:** Manage the product backlog and drive delivery of an internal tablet‑based solution for operational teams, supporting a mid‑stage digital transformation. **Expectations:** * 6‑month contract (outside IR35) with remote work and occasional UK travel. * Deliver clear product vision, refine backlog, and keep cross‑functional teams aligned. **Key Responsibilities:** - Shape and prioritize backlog items based on stakeholder input and business value. - Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to translate real‑world workflows into actionable user stories. - Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; ensure that releases meet operational needs. - Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, clarifying requirements and managing expectations. - Monitor progress, track metrics, and adapt plans to keep delivery on target and continuously improve product effectiveness. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Strong backlog grooming, user story writing, and prioritization abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical mindset for translating business workflows into technical requirements. - Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus but not mandatory. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
