Job Description

**Job title:** Junior Account Manager **Role Summary:** Drive client acquisition and retention for an education recruitment platform by building relationships with schools, articulating the value of a technology‑enabled recruitment solution, and ensuring successful client onboarding and usage. **Expactations:** - Achieve first‑year OTE of £35‑45 k. - Complete onboarding and training within the first 4 months. - Deliver a quarterly business plan with measurable growth targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Cultivate and manage relationships with school clients. - Identify and articulate staffing needs; recommend suitable candidate matches. - Support candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding. - Resolve client queries and provide ongoing support. - Drive account growth through upsell of additional services or features. - Conduct data analysis, prepare regular reports on account performance, and present insights to senior management. **Required Skills:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain technical solutions in a non‑technical context. - Basic data analysis and reporting proficiency. - Self‑motivated with a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, education, or related field (preferred). - No specific certifications required.
