Job Description
Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate the end‑to‑end ‘quote‑to‑cash’ cycle, ensuring accurate order entry, timely supplier confirmations, and seamless collaboration between sales, finance, and operations. Drive process efficiency, data integrity, and rapid escalation resolution to support sales performance and customer satisfaction. Expactations: *Maintain high data accuracy in CRM and finance systems.* *Provide timely reporting and trend analysis to sales leadership.* *Resolve internal and supplier‑related escalations swiftly.* *Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline RFQ and order processes.* *Continuously identify and recommend process improvements.* Key Responsibilities: - Manage quote creation, order processing, and post‑sales query resolution across designated markets. - Enter orders into the finance system and register services via Supplier Portal. - Facilitate RFQ and customer order processing in partnership with sales and finance teams. - Coordinate with suppliers, following up on order confirmations and resolving delays. - Handle internal escalations, ensuring timely resolution and communication. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools; identify data inconsistencies. - Generate regular reports on sales activities, forecasting, and performance metrics. - Support troubleshooting of sales tools and data issues. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for sales operations processes. Required Skills: - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and identify trends. - Excellent organization and time‑management skills for multitasking. - Effective written and verbal communication; collaborative team player. - Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. - Familiarity with sales reporting and dashboard tools. - Problem‑solving aptitude and proactive improvement orientation. - Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technology‑enabled environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - No mandatory industry certifications required; CRM training (Salesforce or HubSpot) preferred.
